I’d like to thank my breast milk, the awesome @delta flight attendants, and the @boba wrap that he stayed in the majority of the flight. WHEW! That was a looong nine hours from London to Atlanta but T was a champ and did so great! I will definitely share my travel experience on our family blog as it wasn’t without its own snafus. I ALMOST GOT MY BREASTMILK THROWN AWAY. Y’aaallll! It’s #FatherFeatureFriday at @athomewiththemitchells! I’m so thankful that T has such a extraordinary human to call his Dad. 😍 Earlier this week we spent the whole day in London getting T his passport and he did so well thanks mainly to his @babybjorn Carrier One! It allowed us to have a hands free day and T rested most of the day away. Issa selfie (and #breastfeeding boobs). 🤳🏾😂 : It’s Wednesday! The week is almost over which means it will be the weekend soon! Which means I can shamelessly eat ice cream—yaay! : My husband and I make every effort to eat clean Monday through Friday but go haaaaaaam sandwich come Friday evening. Eating clean has really helped increase my energy (or what’s left of it 😬) and keep my breast milk supply steady! Now, if I could only remember to drink more water I’d be set!
